Peak VA Solutions was founded in 2023 by Cheynel Bailey to give business owners an accountant who’s proactive, not reactive. Based in Colorado Springs and serving clients nationwide, Peak VA Solutions offers full-service accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory for real estate, property management, HOAs, nonprofits, and small businesses. Cheynel has worked in bookkeeping and accounting since 2017, building her expertise through hands-on client work across a wide range of industries. Her experience includes HOA and condominium association accounting, property management and multi-entity real estate bookkeeping, nonprofit fund and grant reporting, payroll processing and compliance, and cleanup and catch-up engagements.
Her approach is proactive and detail-driven: she gathers the full context, researches thoroughly, and verifies before acting, so issues are identified early and clients always know where they stand.
She works best with growth-minded business owners who value a true partnership and want their finances managed with care all year, not just at tax time.
Cheynel is also the founder of Peak Bookkeeping Academy, which helps bookkeepers develop advanced skills through courses built from real client work.
