How It All Started

A Certified QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor who participates in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP), Cheynel is actively working toward becoming a fully qualified tax preparer by 2027. She combines deep expertise in multi-entity bookkeeping, automation, payroll, and advisory services with a commitment to delivering practical, actionable financial guidance.
 

Beyond the numbers, Cheynel values collaboration and transparency, ensuring every client understands their financial picture and feels empowered to make informed business decisions.

With over 8 years of hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience across restaurants, retail, non-profits, and property management, she has helped businesses of all sizes streamline operations and gain financial clarity.

 

Passionate about helping small businesses and non-profits thrive, Cheynel goes beyond the numbers—providing tools, training, and insights that empower her clients to make confident financial decisions. Outside of work, she enjoys optimizing both business and personal finances, exploring smarter ways to work, and mentoring the next generation of bookkeepers and tax professionals.

Hello, my name is Ruby, I have 15+ years of experience in administration and operations management with an emphasis on bookkeeping for the past 10 years.  In recent years I have been working with small to medium-sized businesses managing their accounting systems.  Allowing business owners to put their time into building their business.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and/or exploring my current surroundings traveling full-time in my travel trailer on the beach or in the mountains.

Working with our clients has given me the freedom to travel and live life to its fullest. I look forward to the growth with new opportunities every day.
